While attending an MD Education lead conference, industries can conduct a variety of closed meetings such as advisory boards, and client meetings. Prior approval is required, and subject to below blackout days and conditions.

While we encourage industry engagement with meeting attendees, MD Education kindly requests that our Industry Partners refrain from holding parallel activities that are not associated with or do not reference the AML-ALL Focus Meeting 2023.
Our collective interest is to maintain the professional focus on this meeting, the dates of the AML-ALL Focus Meeting 2023, July 7-8.
Meetings may not be organized during the dates listed, without prior approval:

- The meeting cannot and will not be promoted by MD Education.
- If an MD Education speaker is planned for the meeting, please ensure the chosen slot does not conflict with his/her session(s) and receive prior written approval from our team.
